Google Forms Activity

For this activity, you will be using your new found knowledge of Google Forms.

1) Select an area that you feel requires some level of prior knowledge.

2) Create a Form that will allow you to ascertain your students level of knowledge

3) Your "quiz" should have 3-5 questions and be designed for a very brief period of time.
